    Yes, I love your work out they are not BORING, I have a autistic adult son and your exercises are so easy for him. If there are any mothers that have anyone in your family with disability or in a wheelchair please use theses exercise with them. I'm a retired Home Health Aide and wish I knew theses exercise when I had my patients.my patients physical therapist taught me a lot but things do change over the years.😊😊

    Thank u for these execrises i have use a chair to hold onto skne days they r easy to do some dsys not. Had 2 hip replacements some times i cant get my hips to move as good. I keep going thank u

    I had a right knee replacement from 9 months ago, everything is very good, my recovery has been hard but I already walk, I climb under stairs, I do these exercises very well, they help me and encourage me to continue working, thank you from Barcelona!!

    I have a question .how to relax the top thigh muscle after doing leg raise .I did do holding my ankle to my buttock but the upper tigh muscle is still so sore ,if i continue doing leg raise like in the video will it get less painful.thank you

    Love how he incorporated the marching after doing the balancing on each exercise because automatically ur body is wanting to tenses up but the march keeps the blood flowing and eases the tension
